Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Video Saver Chrome extension.

Authorized use

Video Saver is provided for saving non-DRM media that you own or are authorized to download. You are responsible for confirming that your use complies with the source website's terms, copyright law, and all other applicable rules. Video Saver does not support circumventing digital rights management, access controls, paywalls, authentication, or other technical protection measures.

Free and Pro plans

The free plan includes 10 unrestricted successful downloads, followed by one successful download per rolling hour. Failed and cancelled downloads do not consume that allowance.

Annual Pro unlocks unlimited downloads while the licence is active. It is a recurring subscription billed annually until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues until the paid period expires. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited downloads for the supported lifetime of the Video Saver product, subject to these terms and continued technical availability.

One Pro licence may be activated on up to three browser installations. Pro access and activation links are for the purchaser's personal use and may not be resold, shared publicly or used to operate a download service for others.

Payments and refunds

Payments, receipts, applicable sales taxes or VAT, subscription management and refunds are handled by Stripe Managed Payments and Link under the terms shown at checkout and applicable consumer law. Prices and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. After payment, choose Activate in this browser on the confirmation page. Save its private activation link for your other browsers and do not share it publicly. Lost-link recovery requires verification of your purchase through support.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. See the terms shown at checkout and Link for the applicable cancellation and refund information. Use Manage billing to manage an annual subscription or request payment support.

Third-party software

Separate open-source licences included with Video Saver remain applicable. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licences, including modification and debugging rights.

Availability

Websites and media formats change. Video Saver is provided without a guarantee that every website or stream will remain compatible. DRM-protected media, unsupported codecs, protected streams, and custom players may not work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
